FS 4 -- Foundation Skills Part 4 This class meets on the following dates: October 29, November 5, November 19, December 3, 10 and 17. (NO CLASSES ON NOVEMBER 12 & 26 -- PLEASE MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR CALENDAR.) This class continues building on basic skills introduced in FS 1 and FS 2. This class continues all of the exercises through FS 3 and adds jumping. Pre-requisite: Successful completion of FS 3 or instructor permission. Questions?
