Obedience and Rally Trials are considered Companion Events when searching AKC.  Click on the events you're looking for by date, state, etc.  All official approved events are listed here, usually a few months before the event date. When you choose an event you can find all the necessary details, after they are approved, including list of judges, classes offered, breeds that can enter, superintendent/secretary (place to make entries), etc.   Here's a non-functioning screenshot of the AKC Events Search page (link above).​
